What happens if the package I’ve booked isn’t sufficient?
Can I also book additional services?
If the numbers of concurrent listeners (CCL) and channels are not sufficient, these can be added at a later stage. Transcoding, aggregation services and signal supply to external networks can also be booked, irrespective of the package you have chosen. All other parts of the packages cannot be booked individually.
Can I change my package later on?
Yes – if you have concluded an annual contract, you can switch to a different package with a higher or lower value within the first 90 days, free of charge.
I do not wish to use all the features of my package. Can I cancel them?
No. The packages are designed to enable the best possible use and provision of audio streaming. Accordingly, the individual features are all matched to one another and cover the entire streaming process.
How is my package billed?
The package is billed in the following month, in most cases during the first week. Monthly and annual contracts are billed on a monthly basis.
What should I do if none of the packages suits my needs?
